We are supporting our client to find their next Head of Talent Acquisition, working for an exceptional Dutch Tech/Software Company based in South-Holland, reporting into the CHRO.

In this role you will lead and improve the Talent Acquisition department within company, to attract right talent and achieve the ambitious growth strategy of the company.

Amongst your responsibilities

  • You continuously build, train and lead a fit international recruitment team in multiple locations (mainly the Netherlands).
  • You set up recruitment processes, to accommodate business needs and facilitate sourcing.
  • You drive the Talent Acquisition strategy that fit in the broader HR vision and strategy, by developing and proactively driving strategies based on the long-, medium- and short-term strategic workforce planning with a focus on graduate hiring.
  • You provide excellent talent acquisition services and support to key stakeholders.
  • You are responsible for all functional services in scope of talent acquisition, recruitment marketing and employer branding.
  • You set up clear and meaningful KPIs, monitor and report on performance and budget.
  • You strive to continuously improve the Talent Acquisition Services.
  • You bring in innovation topics and best practices in the area of talent acquisition, recruitment marketing and employer branding.
  • You are responsible for the Talent Acquisition tools and processes across the organization.
  • You are responsible that the globally designed processes and policies supporting business needs and are followed and executed within the company.
  • You provide leadership to a team of approximately 10 recruiters, mainly based in the Netherlands.
  • You inspire, develop and coach the recruitment team members to a high performing team.

Required profile:

  • +6 years proven experience leading a team, with minimum 2 years in Talent Acquisition in combination with others (ie. consultancy/project management).
  • Management experience: a true people manager, to coach and develop a team.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English.
  • Excellent in stakeholder management; ability to build long-term relationships at all levels.
  • Experience in an international business environment is an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into solutions.
