HR Administrator
HR Administrator – 6 Month FTC
Location: London
Hours: 37.5 per week, hybrid (3 office days in Central London per week)
We’re looking for a highly organised HR Administrator to join a busy HR team on a fixed term contract. You’ll support core HR operations, ensure accurate data and documentation, and provide great service to employees and managers.
What You’ll Do
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data compliance
* Manage updates and reporting on the HRIS (Workday)
* Support payroll and benefits admin, documentation and audits
* Assist with recruitment admin and interview scheduling
* Prepare contracts, offer letters, onboarding and leaver paperwork
* General HR admin: filing, archiving, internal comms and reporting
What You’ll Bring
* Strong organisational skills; able to juggle multiple tasks effectively
* High attention to detail and service focused approach
* Confident using MS Office Suite
* Experience in an office based role such as admin or customer service, HR experience a plus
* Collaborative, helpful and eager to learn
