Are you an organised, proactive HR professional who takes real pride in delivering a first-class people service? We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join a busy and collaborative People team, playing a vital role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives on accuracy, and is passionate about continuous improvement. You’ll be the glue that holds key people processes together, supporting colleagues across the business while helping to drive efficiency and service excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and coordinating a range of HR administration processes from start to finish
  • Delivering engaging in-person inductions for new starters
  • Owning HR documentation and ensuring employee records are maintained accurately
  • Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries in a timely manner
  • Supporting payroll processes and ensuring key deadlines and cut-off dates are met
  • Producing monthly reports, trackers and analysis
  • Providing administrative support to HR Business Partners and wider HR Team
  • Reviewing existing processes, templates and ways of working, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
  • Ensuring a high standard of accuracy, compliance and customer service across all HR activities

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an HR/People Administration role
  • A good understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
  • Proactive, resourceful and confident managing multiple priorities
  • Someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and maintaining accurate records
  • Comfortable working with data, producing reports and using Excel for basic analysis and data management
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to suggest better ways of working
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
