Ipswich (Hybrid) | £35,000 + Benefits

I’m delighted to work with an expanding, scaling business in Ipswich to recruit and HR Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, global organisation and is an ideal role for an HR professional looking to develop their career within a supportive environment while gaining exposure to HR projects, process improvement initiatives and business transformation activity.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, supporting onboarding, HR systems, payroll administration, reporting and day-to-day HR operations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in HR Administration or HR Operations
  • Ideally experience gained within financial or professional services
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using HR systems (Workday beneficial)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
