£60,000-£65,000 | Hybrid | Leeds with weekly travel to Birmingham
A leading professional services organisation is redefining HR Business Partnering and is looking for a commercially minded HRBP to join them on that journey.
This is a newly created role within a growing people team, supporting senior leaders across business services and helping drive the transition from a traditional HR model to a strategic, value-adding business partnering function. You’ll work closely with stakeholders at Director and Chief level, using data, insight and commercial thinking to influence business decisions and deliver meaningful people outcomes.

- Data-led people insights
- Complex employee relations and risk management
We’re looking for:
- An established HRBP, People Partner or Senior HR professional
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
- Experience influencing senior leaders and driving change
- A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for adding business value
