We’re recruiting for an HR Advisor to join a busy and growing organisation in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to develop their career within a broad generalist role, with exposure to both employee relations and business change projects.
You’ll provide day-to-day HR support to managers, advising on a range of people matters while managing employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances. You’ll also have the opportunity to support senior HR colleagues with change-related activity, including consultations, restructures and TUPE projects.
About You
- Experience in a generalist HR role (HR Assistant, HR Officer, Senior HR Assistant or similar).
- Exposure to employee relations casework, including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.
- Hardworking, proactive and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within fast-paced environments such as manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, distribution or transport would be beneficial, although we welcome applicants from all sectors.
