Interim SAP SuccessFactors Product Owner & Workforce Analytics Lead
6-12 Month Assignment | Up to £65,000 p.a.
Frazer Jones is supporting a global organisation undergoing an exciting period of HR transformation in the appointment of an Interim HRIS Product Owner & Workforce Analytics Lead for an initial 6-12 month assignment.
This is a broad and highly visible role combining ownership of SAP SuccessFactors from an HR perspective with Workforce Analytics and People Reporting. Acting as the bridge between HR, Digital and external implementation partners, you will help shape the ongoing SuccessFactors roadmap while strengthening how workforce data, reporting and insights are used across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors
- Managing the HRIS enhancement backlog and roadmap
- Supporting configuration, UAT and future module implementations
- Developing workforce reporting, dashboards and insights using SuccessFactors and Power BI
- Executive reporting for senior leadership and Board-level audiences
- Establishing stronger data governance and workforce reporting standards
- Partnering closely with HR, Finance, Digital and external implementation partners
The successful candidate will bring:
- Strong SuccessFactors/Employee Central expertise
- Experience owning or managing an HRIS platform from an HR perspective
- Strong People Analytics and workforce reporting capability
- Experience with Power BI and dashboard development
- Confidence producing executive-level reporting and working with senior stakeholders
- Experience within a global or transformation-focused environment
- The ability to operate both strategically and hands-on

Salary: Up to £65,000 p.a.
