Frazer Jones are working with a leading Professional Services firm who are looking to hire an HR Advisor to their London team. This is an amazing opportunity for an HR Advisor to feel like they add real value in an inclusive and collaborative working environment.
The Role
The role sits within a small HR function provides true generalist support on all aspects of HR. The client is open to all candidates who can demonstrate they have worked within a partnership environment.
Role duties:
- Coach and advise employees on the diversity and well being agenda
- Provide support on aspects of absence management
- Recruitment and Selection
- Payroll management
- Act as a point of contact for Benefits enquiries
- Contribute on HR Projects
- Run employee relations cases for your client groups
- Working closely with the Reward team regarding renumeration process
- Partner with your client groups on their business plans and agendas
