We are partnering with a highly regarded city law firm to recruit an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join their friendly and collaborative HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in HR, gaining exposure across the full employee lifecycle, recruitment, learning & development, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including new starter administration and employment documentation.
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR systems.
- Assisting with recruitment administration, including interview coordination, candidate communication and offer paperwork.
- Managing HR and recruitment inboxes, responding to queries and providing administrative support.
- Supporting learning and development activities, including training administration and reporting.
- Assisting with absence management, employee engagement initiatives and benefits administration.
- Providing general administrative support, including diary management, meeting coordination and project assistance.
About You
- Previous administration experience (HR experience beneficial but not essential).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
