HR Assistant

We are partnering with a highly regarded city law firm to recruit an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join their friendly and collaborative HR team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in HR, gaining exposure across the full employee lifecycle, recruitment, learning & development, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including new starter administration and employment documentation.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR systems.
  • Assisting with recruitment administration, including interview coordination, candidate communication and offer paperwork.
  • Managing HR and recruitment inboxes, responding to queries and providing administrative support.
  • Supporting learning and development activities, including training administration and reporting.
  • Assisting with absence management, employee engagement initiatives and benefits administration.
  • Providing general administrative support, including diary management, meeting coordination and project assistance.

About You

  • Previous administration experience (HR experience beneficial but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
