HR Associate
Opportunity for an HR Associate within the London office a global business tech firm. Hybrid working.
As an HR Associate, you’ll implement HR policies and support managers with a wide range of duties, working collaboratively with the US team to support UK, US and APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage effective hiring across UK and US regions
- Sourcing and screening candidate
- Interview coordination and feedback
- Managing stakeholder relations
- ATS utilisation
- Plan and participate in recruiting events for graduate hires
- On/offboarding
- Administrative processes for starters and leavers
- Organise employee engagement initiatives, events and socials
- Managing low level, and support on complex ER
- Oversee performance management.
- Lead the Performance Improvement Plan process
- Advise on HR policies and procedures
Required experience:
- Experience in HR
- Strong communication
- Relevant HR or business qualification
- International experience (APAC region desirable)
- Additional language skills desirable (Japanese preferred)
- Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter
