HR Operations Excellence Lead – Global

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a respected organization in the logistics sector to appoint a HR Operations Excellence Lead. Based in Singapore, this role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the organization’s people agenda while supporting business growth and operational excellence across the region.

Reporting to the GM of Business Excellence, you will be responsible for the operational realities behind HR processes, from pre‑onboarding activities such as ticket creation and cross‑department coordination to the delivery of a seamless new‑hire and employee experience. You will work in close partnership with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and cross‑functional teams to redesign manual processes, streamline workflows, and elevate the employee journey across a complex, multi‑layered organization. With full oversight of the HR lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, you will ensure consistency, efficiency, and long‑term scalability as the business undergoes significant transformation.

In addition to daily operations, you will drive key optimization initiatives spanning data extraction and governance, recruitment and onboarding enhancements, payroll integration efforts, and the development of meaningful talent management and organizational development frameworks. You will also lead innovation projects that strengthen employee query resolution and policy interpretation through improved systems and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate will bring 8 to 10 years of experience with a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Lean Six Sigma certification is highly advantageous, along with a pragmatic, solutions‑oriented mindset and a strong track record in HR operations within an in‑house environment.
