A leading global engineering organisation is hiring an HR Shared Services Coordinator to join its People Services team based in West London. This is a hands‑on HR operations role, acting as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries. You’ll support core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, guide users through Workday self‑service, and ensure a consistent, high quality service within an SLA driven shared services environment. The role also includes on‑site support for new starter inductions on a rotational basis.
Key responsibilities:
- First‑line support for HR queries via a ticketing system
- Guidance on HR policies, processes, and self‑service tools
- End‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding
- Processing high‑volume HR requests accurately and on time
- Escalating complex queries to specialist teams
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement
- Using data and insight to enhance service delivery
About you:
- Experience in HR shared services or HR operations
- Workday experience essential
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in an SLA driven environment
- Able to commute to the office 3 days per week
- Strong MS Office skills
