Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading international professional services organisation to appoint an HR Systems Analyst into its Global HR Systems team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR systems professional to develop their technical and analytical expertise within a sophisticated global environment. The role will provide functional, operational and reporting support for the organisation’s PeopleConnect platform, built on SAP SuccessFactors, while contributing to the continued development and improvement of HR technology across the business.
Working with HR colleagues and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones, the successful individual will combine day-to-day systems support with reporting, data analysis, testing and continuous improvement. This would particularly suit someone looking to build deeper expertise within SAP SuccessFactors while gaining exposure to a broad range of global HR technology projects.
About the role
Within the Global HR Systems team, you’ll support and develop PeopleConnect, resolving system issues and assisting HR users.
You’ll produce reports using SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI and other tools, ensuring HR data accuracy and integrity.
You’ll also support system enhancements and releases, gathering requirements, developing test plans and scripts, and assisting with user acceptance testing
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing HR systems incidents, requests and queries, troubleshooting issues and escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
- Supporting HR users and stakeholders with PeopleConnect processes and functionality.
- Maintaining system data, structures, documentation and user guidance.
- Producing regular and ad hoc HR reports using SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Maintaining dashboards and ensuring reporting is accurate, reliable and supports effective business decision-making.
- Supporting data validation, analysis and reconciliation to maintain strong data quality and integrity.
- Supporting system enhancements, configuration changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating these into appropriate system solutions.
- Developing and executing test plans, scripts and scenarios and supporting user acceptance testing.
- Working within established HR Systems governance processes and supporting the identification and resolution of data quality issues.
- Building strong working relationships with HR stakeholders and external service providers across the organisation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve system processes, data quality and the overall user experience.
- Sharing system knowledge, documentation and best practice across the wider team.
About you
You’ll bring HR systems support experience, a good understanding of HR processes and data, and strong Excel, reporting and problem-solving skills. You’ll be confident troubleshooting issues, documenting requirements and explaining technical information clearly, while managing competing priorities and working across teams.
SAP SuccessFactors experience, particularly reporting or Story Reports, is desirable but not essential. Power BI and multi-country systems experience would also be beneficial. Transferable HR systems experience and a willingness to learn are welcomed.
Why apply?
This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to progress their HR technology career within a genuinely international environment. You will gain exposure across systems support, data and analytics, testing, releases and continuous improvement while developing valuable expertise in SAP SuccessFactors
With interaction across HR, IT and wider business teams, the position offers an excellent balance of technical development, stakeholder exposure and hands-on delivery within a global HR systems environment.
