HR Systems Analyst (UKG Focus)

A growing organization is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to support and enhance its HR technology environment, with a primary focus on UKG Pro and related tools. This role is responsible for system maintenance, upgrades, reporting, and process improvements to support efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support for UKG Pro and integrated HR systems
• Configure, test, and implement system updates and enhancements
• Develop and maintain HR reports and data analyses
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to improve processes and controls

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience supporting UKG or similar HR systems
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data/reporting tools
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and professionalism
