HR Business Partner – 3 month FTC to Perm

We’re supporting a growing business looking for a hands‑on HR Business Partner to join during a busy and exciting period. If you enjoy combining everyday HR partnering with high‑impact project work and you’re confident with data, reward processes and change this is a great opportunity.
Immediate projects
* Annual Compensation Review – leading the full process and onboarding managers to a new automated system (advanced Excel essential).
* Performance Appraisal System Rollout – helping embed a new performance platform.
* TUPE Implementation – supporting a smooth, compliant transition.
Day‑to‑day
- Partner with managers and provide practical HR support
- Support ER, policy and people processes
- Help improve HR operations and embed new systems
- Work autonomously within a small, collaborative HR team
What we’re looking for
- Strong HRBP/generalist background with an analytical/reward bias
- Confident with compensation cycles and performance processes
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with TUPE or organisational change
- Someone proactive, adaptable and happy to roll their sleeves up
