Learning & Development Manager/Trainer – Legal Sector

Salary: Up to £65,000

Location: London (Hybrid – 2-3 days in office)

Contract: Permanent

Are you passionate about developing talent and driving professional growth? We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Trainer to design and deliver impactful skills training and coaching for junior and mid-level legal professionals and central teams.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Create and deliver engaging training programmes covering professional, business, and compliance skills.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and implement innovative solutions.
  • Support career development frameworks and competency models.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure training remains relevant and effective.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a business skills trainer, ideally within legal or professional services.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to inspire learners.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and LMS platforms.
