Global L&D Manager (FTC)
A leading financial services business based in London is looking for an L&D Manager on a 12 month basis.
In this role you will be working as the stand alone L&D Specialist in an all encompassing design, delivery, facilitation role. This will be a highly visible role in the business and they will be looking at this individual to drive change, improve and embed process and select third party providers.
In this role, you will partner with business leadership, Head of HR and the HR Business Partner teams to identify and build out the key Learning and Development milestones.
Specific areas of focus include;
- Management Training and Leadership Development, assessing the current provision and making recommendations for improvement
- Centralising the L&D provision globally across 6 offices
- Managing and building out the coaching and mentoring programme
- Developing the e-learning strategy ensuring the LMS supports the L&D provision
- Continual build out of the competency framework
- Implementing continuous performance management
- Managing the L&D budgets
- Providing project updates and delivering project plans
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will need to have recently worked as an L&D Consultant within a fast paced, commercial organisation with global coverage.
Experience working in a stand alone L&D role would be highly attractive.
Evidence where you have taken an L&D function from central HR and how you have embedded and modernised the function.
This is a hybrid working role with 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
