Manager, Learning & Organizational Development

We’re excited to be partnering with a leading organisation known for a culture of agility and strong performance. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced L&OD practitioner to shape learning and organisational effectiveness initiatives for a sizeable workforce. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Talent who oversees TM, L&D and OD, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s capability-building agenda by designing, implementing, and delivering impactful learning and organisational development initiatives. As an individual contributor, you will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions that support business objectives.

A key mandate of the role will be to review, redesign, and continuously enhance the organisation’s learning strategy and curriculum to support workforce development. You will assess existing programmes, identify development opportunities, and build new leadership and functional capability frameworks as needed. In addition, you will support organisational development, employee engagement, culture-building, and change management initiatives across the business.

This is a hands-on role that requires active involvement in programme design and facilitation. You will be expected to design, develop, and personally facilitate approximately 1 to 2 learning programmes per month for leaders and employees across the organisation. You will also partner with external vendors and subject matter experts where appropriate to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Organisational Development within large, matrixed, or multinational organisations. Experience supporting diverse employee populations, including frontline and corporate workforces, would be advantageous.

You should possess strong expertise in instructional design, facilitation, organisational development, employee engagement, and change management. The successful candidate will be a credible partner to stakeholders, comfortable influencing across different levels of the organisation, and capable of operating both strategically and tactically. A proven track record in designing and delivering impactful learning programmes, coupled with strong facilitation skills and a passion for developing people, will be essential for success in this role.

What’s On Offer

You will be part of an exciting period of digitalisation and transformation, with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the organisation’s learning and organisational development agenda. Working closely with a motivated and high-performing team, you will help shape future-ready capabilities while partnering with leaders who value innovation, learning, and employee development.
