Learning Experience VP – Financial Services
Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a globally respected banking institution to appoint a Learning Experience, Training Facilitation & Design and/or Delivery VP/SM, based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Learning based in another region, this newly created individual contributor role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering innovative learning experiences across the enterprise, supporting both front office (e.g. Investment Banking) and corporate functions globally.
The organisation operates within a fast-paced, complex global matrix structure, and as a result, this individual will be comfortable working autonomously, partnering with global stakeholders and HR BPs, and aligning learning strategies across geographies from a “one global business” and “one global HR team” perspective. This individual must be confident facilitating dynamic, outcome-driven learning sessions, while also designing scalable, blended learning solutions that drive performance, engagement, and capability development.
A core focus of the role will be to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of learning programs-from needs analysis and stakeholder engagement to content creation, facilitation, and evaluation. The individual will act as a thought partner to business leaders, HRBPs, and subject matter experts, co-creating learning journeys that align with strategic priorities. They will also contribute to the evolution of the global learning strategy, bringing fresh thinking, creativity, and a learner-centric mindset.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished global and/or regional Learning & Training VP or Senior Manager with a track record of success in global financial services organisations. The individual will have proven expertise in learning design and facilitation, with a strong portfolio of innovative, impactful learning programs delivered across diverse audiences and geographies. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills are essential, along with a proactive, consultative approach and the ability to thrive in both strategic and hands-on work.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the learning experience for a global banking group leader, contributing to a high-performing, agile global team that is redefining how learning is designed and delivered across the enterprise.
