Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with an established organisation to appoint a Payroll & Rewards Manager, responsible for leading payroll delivery and compensation governance within a complex, operationally driven environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and the disciplined execution of reward-related processes.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will have full ownership of end-to-end payroll and will act as the key subject-matter expert and primary escalation point for all payroll-related matters. The role is firmly payroll-led, with responsibility for oversight of controls, compliance with local legislation, and close partnership with Finance on reconciliations, reporting, and audit requirements. You will manage external vendors where applicable and drive continuous improvement across payroll processes, systems, and governance.

In addition to payroll, the role will provide high-level oversight across core rewards activities, ensuring the effective delivery of annual salary review and bonus cycles, maintenance of pay structures, and compensation benchmarking. Rather than hands-on execution, this element of the role focuses on review, guidance, and quality assurance, providing direction and input to ensure rewards practices remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with internal frameworks. You will be expected to provide practical, data-led insight to HR and business stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring approximately 8 to 10 years of progressive experience across payroll and rewards, ideally gained within operationally complex environments. A strong understanding of Singapore payroll legislation is essential, with experience managing shift work, overtime, and allowances highly advantageous. This role will suit a hands-on, detail-oriented payroll professional who is comfortable operating in a lean HR setup and partnering closely with Finance and the wider business.
