Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a leading financial services business based in London. We’re looking to find a People Analytics Manager to join their HR team and report to the Head of HR Systems and Analytics. This is a permanent role where you’ll be leading a small team, tasked with enhancing the company’s reporting and analytics capabilities so they can provide better people insights across the business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide reporting and analytics on all aspects of HR data, such as ED&I; talent; performance; pay; headcount; attrition rates.
  • Providing workforce analytics and supporting the business with better budgeting and forecasting.
  • Working closely with the HR team but also partnering with all other departments, especially with finance.
  • Listening to requests, gathering requirements and effectively presenting to key stakeholders across the business.
  • Communicating regularly with the leadership team to provide HR data insights.
  • Ensure effective data capture and integrity, whilst maintaining appropriate governance.
  • Maximise the business’s use of HR technologies and reporting tools to provide better analytics and visuals (e.g. PowerBI). Introduce new tools where appropriate.
  • Line management and development of a small team.
  • Drive efficiencies and improve processes.
  • Ensure an effective reporting and analytics framework is in place to identify key people trends.

To be considered for this role you should be an established people analytics professional who has ideally worked at manager level or at least supervised other members of staff. You must have PowerBI experience and be well versed in maximising the potential of various HR technologies for HR reporting and analytics. You must be a comfortable user of Excel and have a flare for manipulating and presenting data in an insightful way that helps drive business performance. You must have experience with HR data and have examples of delivering on projects. The role is offering a competitive salary and bonus plus the business has a flexible hybrid working model (central London office). You’ll be given the freedom and autonomy to lead and drive the team forward, both with a operational and strategic remit. You’ll interact with senior leadership and be given the investment to enhance the company’s ability to provide better reporting and analytics.
