Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading global professional services firm to appoint an experienced Recruiting Manager to join its Singapore office. This is a high-impact role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the firm’s continued growth across its consulting, advisory, and corporate functions in the region.
This position is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of business areas, Fee earners and Corporate Functions. Working closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders, the Recruiting Manager will design and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.
Acting as a strategic partner to the business, you will provide insights on talent trends, hiring market conditions, and competitor activity, while advising on workforce planning and compensation benchmarking. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience, alongside maintaining robust governance across recruitment processes and compliance standards.
The role will also involve managing and mentoring a team of recruiters, as well as building strong relationships with external search partners and key talent pipelines. You will drive proactive talent mapping initiatives, support diversity hiring strategies, and contribute to employer branding efforts to strengthen the firm’s position as an employer of choice in the professional services sector.
Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will oversee hiring delivery, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes. This role requires a hands-on and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing recruitment within a professional services firm or fast-paced corporate environment. Strong stakeholder management skills, experience leading recruitment teams, and the ability to influence senior leaders are essential. A deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and regional talent markets will be highly advantageous.
