Recruitment Partner
Title: Recruitment Partner, Temporary
Location: Remote
Compensation: Negotiable
Duration: 6-9 months
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to support a fast‑growing organization during a period of active hiring. This role will own end‑to‑end recruiting delivery while bringing structure, consistency, and best practices to an evolving hiring function.
What You’ll Do
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for priority roles, primarily technical, machinery and engineering positions
- Proactively source, screen, and manage candidates through the interview and offer process
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and timelines
- Build and improve recruiting workflows using existing tools and systems
- Ensure a strong candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of recruiting experience (agency, in‑house, or consulting)
- Strong background recruiting technical, machinery or engineering talent
- Experience operating in startup or high‑growth environments
- Able to work independently, manage changing priorities, and move quickly
- Process‑oriented with a delivery mindset
