Regional C&B Manager

We are pleased to partner a Luxury Retail conglomerate to appoint a Regional Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager who will take ownership of the Southeast Asian (SEA) markets. As among the most recognisable names in the industry, the client boosts a comprehensive catalogue of products as part of their quest towards service excellence and creativity. With sales revenue figures exceeding USD7billion generated in 2022/2023 amidst the continued disruptions brought about by Covid19 and other global events, the client is looking to build on such headwinds in 2024. In line with such positive business outlook, they are keen to grow their Total Rewards team. This role is based in Singapore.

Reporting into the Senior C&B Manager who oversees operations across the entire Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, this C&B Manager will provide year-round consultation for businesses and entities in SEA. This includes spearheading projects such as job grading and evaluation etc. meant to enhance the firm’s competitiveness. As Singapore is a key market, you will likewise support end-to-end processes for said office, including global mobility in/out of the country, with the assistance of other team members. Internal communications likewise form another key cornerstone of the C&B Manager’s portfolio, with any changes accurately and timely conveyed to employees and managers.

We are looking for a proven HR individual with strong Total Rewards experience at the regional level, specifically within the arenas of compensation, benefits and mobility management, ideally from complex, multinational corporations. You should bring with you knowledge of best practices for both the design and execution ends of the Rewards spectrum. You possess a consultative and engaging personality, as the role requires extensive stakeholder engagements across functions and seniority.
