We’re partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an experienced Resource Advisor to drive effective workforce planning, resource allocation, and utilisation across a busy and fast-paced environment.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to balance resource demand, optimise capacity, and use data-driven insights to support commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead resource and capacity planning to ensure effective deployment of talent.
- Partner with senior leaders to forecast demand and resolve resourcing challenges.
- Analyse utilisation and workforce data to provide strategic recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement across resource management processes and systems.
- Lead, coach, and develop a resource management team.
- Utilise technology and reporting tools to support informed business decisions.
About You
- Proven experience in Resource Management or Workforce Planning is essential.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Highly analytical, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Comfortable working with resource management systems and reporting tools.
- Experience leading or developing teams.
- Solutions-focused, organised, and able to manage competing priorities.
