Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading global professional services organisation to appoint a Reward & Performance Manager into a newly created role within its international People function.
This is a unique opportunity to join a business undergoing significant evolution across its people agenda, with a particular focus on strengthening and embedding a robust global performance management framework. Working closely with senior People leadership, the successful individual will play a key role in driving a high-profile change programme that will shape how performance, development, progression and reward are managed across the organisation globally.
The role offers exceptional visibility and influence, with regular exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to make a genuine impact from day one.
About the role
This is a broad position spanning performance management, reward and organisational change. The primary focus will be supporting the design, implementation and ongoing evolution of the organisation’s global performance management strategy, ensuring it is fit for purpose, commercially aligned and able to support future growth.
Working closely with People, Finance and business leaders, the successful individual will help drive consistency, governance and meaningful performance outcomes whilst ensuring alignment with broader talent and reward strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the design and implementation of a global performance management framework.
* Driving improvements to appraisal, calibration and talent review processes.
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to embed a high-performing culture and ensure consistency of approach across the organisation.
* Supporting organisational change initiatives linked to performance, career progression and employee development.
* Acting as a trusted advisor on performance-related projects and employee lifecycle initiatives.
* Supporting benchmarking, grading and reward governance activity in partnership with external consultants.
* Contributing to salary review and bonus processes across an international population.
* Providing meaningful insight, analysis and reporting to support data-led decision making.
* Collaborating with People, Finance and operational leaders across multiple regions.
About you
We are keen to hear from experienced Reward, Performance or broader People professionals who have strong experience of performance management and organisational change.
This role will particularly suit someone who enjoys designing and embedding new processes, influencing senior stakeholders and helping organisations navigate transformation and growth.
You will ideally bring:
* Experience within performance management, reward or wider people consulting environments.
* A proven track record of implementing or enhancing performance management frameworks and processes.
* Experience supporting organisational change, transformation or people projects.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Experience within professional services, partnerships or other complex matrix organisations would be highly advantageous.
* The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* A proactive, self-starting approach, with the ability to operate autonomously.
