Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading global media organisation undergoing a significant period of transformation. With a workforce of c.12,000 employees across 29 countries, this is a business known for its creative, welcoming, and downtoearth culture. The environment is fun, highly collaborative, and refreshingly nonhierarchical – a place where people roll up their sleeves, work closely across teams, and enjoy the energy of transforming and ambitious business environment.

As the organisation continues to evolve at pace, the Global Reward Director is looking to appoint a Reward Project Manager on a 12month FTC. This role has arisen due to internal movement and a growing pipeline of reward transformation projects. It represents an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the future of Total Reward as the company builds a more robust and scalable global reward model.

This is a handson, deliveryfocused role with considerable strategic influence, ideal for someone who enjoys designing meaningful change while also getting into the operational detail required to make it land effectively.

The remit spans a portfolio of reward transformation activity but specialises in the compensation incentive plans for the firm. Duties will include:

  • Supporting the design and implementation of new global incentive programmes, including Company Bonus, Sales Incentives, and LongTerm Incentives.
  • Delivering clear communications to the business, ensuring employees understand clear incentive metrics to drive the correct business behaviours
  • Contributing to the development of a future reward philosophy – providing insight, challenge, and evidencebased recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Mapping, reviewing, and harmonising existing bonus plans across studios and business groups to bring greater consistency, transparency, and governance.
  • Working closely with the HRIS team to optimise Workday Advanced Compensation, translating project requirements into system configuration needs.
  • Producing clear policies, guidelines, communications, and managerfriendly materials to ensure programmes are adopted and understood.
  • Delivering benefits harmonisation projects in partnership with local HR and People Services teams.
  • Supporting job architecture and pay structure work as part of the evolving Total Reward model.
  • Providing project governance, tracking milestones, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring delivery against timelines.
  • Partnering with the Global Reward Director, HRBPs, Finance, and senior operational leaders to embed reward frameworks across the organisation.

This role will be supported by a dedicated Reward Analyst, as well as a newly strengthened HRIS function and an engaged HR community of over one hundred professionals worldwide.

The Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate brings a background in complex, global organisations, with strong experience in compensation design and a track record of implementing reward programmes endtoend. You should bring experience of employee incentive plans such as STIPs, LTIPs and/or sales incentives. You will be highly analytical, structured, and detailorientated, with the ability to translate complex reward concepts into practical processes and clear communication.

Experience with Workday (particularly Advanced Compensation) is highly advantageous, as is prior exposure to PEbacked or highgrowth environments. Candidates from consulting with inhouse secondment experience are welcome, provided they have handson implementation capability.

You will be someone who thrives in fastpaced, changeheavy environments – comfortable with ambiguity, able to influence at pace, and confident providing professional challenge where needed. Above all, you’ll bring strong judgement, a collaborative style, and the mindset to help build something futurefacing.

The company is open to candidates across the UK, though London is preferred, with periodic visits to the Holborn office.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • A rare opportunity to work on some of the most strategic reward projects in the organisation’s history.
  • A chance to help build a more mature and cohesive global reward model for 2027 and beyond.
  • The opportunity to build and implement incentive plans.
  • A fun, creative, and welcoming culture that values authenticity and collaboration.
  • Exposure to senior HR and business stakeholders across an international footprint.
  • A highly visible and impactful position within a newly formed Total Reward Centre of Expertise.
