About The Role
This role supports the delivery of global payroll technology implementations within a managed services environment. You will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to coordinate multi‑country projects as well as, taking ownership of multiple engagements from implementation through to steady‑state delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the project management of global payroll technology implementations, ensuring structured delivery, clear milestones, and effective coordination across multi‑country programmes.
· Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders, managing expectations, tracking progress, and supporting successful outcomes.
· Coordinate with international delivery teams to enable smooth collaboration, resolve issues, and maintain consistent service standards across jurisdictions.
· Take ownership of a dedicated client portfolio, overseeing implementation activity alongside day‑to‑day global payroll operations.
· Monitor dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure high‑quality delivery throughout the full implementation lifecycle.
· Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting process enhancements and driving effective ways of working across projects and teams.
Experience And Skills:
· Demonstrated experience in global payroll and/or payroll technology implementations, ideally within a managed services or professional services environment.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects, client portfolios, and competing priorities within fast‑paced, evolving environments.
· Strong client‑facing experience, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills and the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
· Solid project management capability, coordinating cross‑functional and multi‑territory teams to deliver successful outcomes.
· Highly analytical and organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
· Proactive and service‑driven mindset, with a track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering high‑quality client outcomes.
