Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior leaders to shape people priorities and drive high performance
- Leading talent management, engagement, and organisational development programs
- Championing change management and employee experience initiatives
- Managing recruitment, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance
- Leading on employee relations issues
- Using data-driven insights to inform strategy and deliver results
Our client is looking for:
- Proven HR business partnering experience
- Strong background in talent development and organisational change
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to turn data into actionable HR strategies
- Practical, working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
You’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment and wider team with the opportunity to innovate and shape the future of HR, making a tangible impact on business performance.
Salary up to £65,000 per annum plus bens.
