Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives across talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Provide guidance on performance, engagement, and change management.
- Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to ensure consistency and best practices.
