Role: Senior HRBP
Location: New York, NY
In Office Schedule: 4-5 days on site
Compensation range: Up to $550k total compensation
Our client is a global investment firm looking for a Senior HRBP to come in and help develop the HRBP model within the business. It’s an exciting opportunity to partner closely with senior stakeholders and help frame this model as the business continues to grow.
You’ll be reporting to the CHRO and have a ton of exposure and ownership. This role is high-impact and hands-on, with ownership across the full employee life cycle including:
- Performance cycles
- Succession planning
- Leadership development
- Employee relations
- Talent development
- Stakeholder management
It’s ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong decision-making and attention to detail, and is deeply curious about the business.
Key requirements:
- 12-18 years’ experience, with a minimum of 10 years’ HRBP experience
- Experience working within a fast paced financial services environment required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrable experience leading and developing a team of HRBPs.
