This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing People Insights team within a fast-paced, international business. Reporting to the Head of People Insights, you will play a key role in helping the organisation make smarter, evidence-based people decisions through high-quality reporting, analytics and workforce insight.

Working at the intersection of people, data and technology, the role offers exposure to a broad range of strategic people initiatives, including recruitment, talent management, organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning and compensation. It is an excellent opportunity to influence how workforce data is understood across the organisation and support the continued development of a more strategic people analytics capability.

About the role

The successful individual will take ownership of workforce reporting, analytics and insight generation, helping stakeholders understand the story behind the data and enabling evidence-based decision-making across the People function.

Key responsibilities include:

· Produce workforce reports, dashboards and analysis to support decision-making.

· Deliver insight and recommendations across recruitment, talent, succession, organisational effectiveness and compensation.

· Partner with stakeholders to define reporting and analytics needs.

· Challenge requests to ensure outputs answer the real business question.

· Design dashboards that provide clear, actionable workforce insight.

· Identify workforce trends, risks and opportunities, and present findings clearly.

· Support strategic People projects with robust workforce analysis.

· Work with People Systems teams to improve reporting, functionality and data quality.

· Maintain reporting standards, governance and data integrity.

· Improve reporting efficiency, automation and user experience.

About you

We are looking for an analytically minded People Insights, HR Analytics or Workforce Analytics professional who enjoys using data to solve business challenges.

You will be curious, commercially aware and confident turning data into clear recommendations, while influencing stakeholders on what the insight means and what action to take.

· Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience, with an understanding of how system configuration, processes and data flows affect reporting and data quality.

· The ability to improve reporting processes and deliver practical system or reporting enhancements.

· A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for people data and insight.
