Location: Hong Kong

A leading global insurance firm is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support its Asia operations. Based in Hong Kong, this role offers the opportunity to shape regional hiring strategies and deliver exceptional talent outcomes across a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple Asia markets, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with regional hiring policies and global standards.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition within multinational environments, preferably in insurance, financial or professional services.
  • Strong command of English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across cultures and functions.
  • Deep understanding of regional talent markets and sourcing strategies.
  • No team management responsibilities – this is an individual contributor role.
