Our client, a leading financial services firm in the private credit space is seeking a Sr. Associate Recruiter to support their hiring needs across the firm.

**This exciting role will sit in their New Your office on a hybrid basis, 3 planned days in-office per week with flexibility to appear additional days as needed.*

With a total population exceeding 1,000 employees and a robust global presence, our client has built a well-resourced, strategic HR function offering a multitude of development opportunities and visibility within their growth-oriented and employee-centric culture.

This role will involve managing the entire recruitment process for assigned positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing recruitment from initiation to completion, collaborating with internal hiring managers and external search agencies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, recommending offer terms, and successfully onboarding candidates.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Acting as a recruitment consultant, providing regular updates to hiring managers on candidate pipeline development and progress. Generating and maintaining regular reports for hiring managers.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external search agencies to source qualified candidates.
  • Updating and maintaining all job descriptions.
  • Collaborating with the Recruiting Team to meet annual recruitment targets.
  • Assisting with recruitment analytics and reporting.
  • Staying informed about key market trends in the industry across all position levels.
  • Creating presentation materials and slides in line with firm standards.
  • Supporting ad-hoc recruitment and broader HR Team projects and initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, with strong academic credentials.
  • Over 5 years of relevant recruitment experience; experience in financial services or similar industry is required
  • Proficiency in direct sourcing, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems; experience with applicant tracking systems (especially Workday) is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly accurate.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills; capable of managing initiatives from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior executives.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative; thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy; able to prepare and present proposals logically and thoughtfully.
  • Enthusiastic about face to face communication and building impactful professional relationships.
