We are looking for a detail-oriented Equity Compensation Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of a global equity program. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of equity plan administration, including transactions, reporting, compliance, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer equity compensation plans, including restricted stock units (RSUs), stock options, and partnership-based awards (e.g., LTIP Units).
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of equity transactions such as grants, exercises, terminations, and tax withholdings.
  • Maintain and update equity records using an equity administration platform (e.g., EquiView or similar), ensuring data integrity and quality control.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including HR, Payroll, Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Financial Reporting to support equity-related processes and reporting.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and leadership on equity-related inquiries, providing clear and timely support.
  • Review and validate equity awards to ensure compliance with plan documents and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with legal teams on insider trading windows and regulatory filings (e.g., Section 16).
  • Prepare reconciliations and reports to support financial reporting, compensation planning, and board-level reviews.
  • Support audit and compliance efforts, including maintaining documentation for SOX and responding to internal and external audit requests.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices in equity administration.
