With deep expertise across the full project lifecycle, the organisation is positioned for continued global growth, particularly across Europe and the Middle East. As part of their growth, they’re now looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team.

1) About the Role

This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to lead senior and executive hiring across Europe and the UAE. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, the role requires someone who can deliver executive search-level capability in-house, partnering closely with senior leadership to shape critical hiring decisions that directly support international expansion.

You will take ownership of complex, niche hiring across infrastructure, construction, and development markets, combining market intelligence, direct sourcing, and stakeholder advisory to deliver best-in-class recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end search processes, from role briefing and market mapping through to offer management
  • Identify and engage passive senior talent across key sectors including data centres, infrastructure, engineering, and development
  • Conduct detailed market mapping and competitor analysis to inform hiring strategy
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, directors, and C-suite leaders to define hiring needs and provide market insight
  • Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines across Europe and the UAE
  • Deliver high-quality shortlists for senior and hard-to-fill roles across multiple geographies
  • Provide talent intelligence, market data, and competitor insights to support wider business decision-making
  • Ensure a strong candidate and stakeholder experience throughout all processes

2) About You

We are looking for a commercially minded and credible Talent Acquisition professional who operates with the mindset of an executive search consultant. You will be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, navigating complex hiring requirements, and proactively identifying top-tier talent in competitive, candidate-short markets.

This role suits someone who thrives in a hands-on, delivery-focused environment, with the resilience and agility to operate at pace while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or senior-level recruitment, ideally within data centres, construction, development, or engineering
  • Background within a relevant competitor organisation or specialist search firm is highly advantageous
  • Strong expertise in direct sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping
  • Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders and hiring decisions
  • Experience recruiting across Europe, the UAE, or wider EMEA markets
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Resilient, proactive, and capable of delivering against complex hiring mandates
