In this role you will lead recruitment efforts for critical positions, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier professionals who drive operational excellence and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across architectural, engineering, and construction disciplines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive networking and industry engagement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve time-to-hire metrics.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry standards throughout the hiring process.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and professional networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced talent acquisition professional with 5+ years in recruitment, preferably within the AEC industry (mandatory).
- Proven ability to source and hire specialized roles in architecture, engineering, and construction.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment regulations, and market trends.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and advanced sourcing tools.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
