I’m supporting a leading engineering consultancy as they look to bring in a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their London talent team. This role will suit someone with some existing recruitment experience looking to develop an strong and credible career in Talent Acquisition.
The ideal profile will blend agency-style delivery with in- depth knowledge of working in-house and demonstrates consistent tenure and career growth.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing end‑to‑end hiring across corporate and commercial functions
- Focusing on hiring for sales roles
- Driving high‑volume sourcing activity
- Running effective qualification calls and advisory conversations with stakeholders
- Using LinkedIn Recruiter daily for search, pipelining, market mapping
- Supporting wider talent initiatives and internal mobility where needed
What we’re looking for
- Up to 5 years’ recruitment experience, agency or in house
- Strong direct sourcing capability and confidence operating at pace
- Comfortable partnering with senior and technically minded stakeholders
- White collar engineering/technical recruitment exposure desirable
- KPI driven mindset beneficial
- Immediate start preferred
