Duration: 7-Month Contract
Compensation: Negotiable

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support their Talent Acquisition team on a 7-month maternity leave coverage engagement. This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers to support hiring needs across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels, including direct outreach and agency partnerships
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate closely with HR teams and recruiting coordinators to ensure smooth execution
- Manage multiple open roles while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within financial services (in-house and/or agency)
- Prior in-house recruiting experience preferred
- Proven ability to independently manage full lifecycle recruitment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
