Talent Development Manager – Technology
We are thrilled to be partnering with a global technology company on a newly created Talent & Development opportunity. With an APAC regional HQ in in Singapore, the business provide innovative technology and financial services solutions across 13 markets spanning APAC, EMEA and the US.
As a newly created position, your role will come in to support the entire learning and talent development journey across Singapore, US and Europe regions. You’ll act as a key individual to manage the design to the implementation of specific learning programmes tailored to the business. You’ll focus on key projects and deliverables for 2024 in particular helping to establish effective and rewarding learning journeys for new joiners as well as bringing enriching growth plans for future leaders and high potentials within the business.
You’ll be responsible for managing talent and learning programmes across the globe and understand how to tailor certain programmes and ensure consistency across the different locations whilst bringing a strong awareness of differing markets and cultural nuances. You’ll also manage and build relationships with new and existing vendors to curate meaningful learning journeys and experiences, ensuring that the correct resources are utilized.
Ideally, the suitable individual should bring minimum 5 years of talent management and / or learning & development experience across sizeable multinational companies. Regional and / or global exposure is advantageous as well as exposure to the technology industry. You’ll be someone who is passionate about the learning space and has hands-on experience managing the entire lifecycle of talent journeys from planning to execution and implementation.
