HRIS Analyst / Systems Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support HR systems projects, including system enhancements, implementations, integrations, and process improvements.
- Gather business requirements, document functional specifications, and translate business needs into system solutions.
- Serve as the primary administrator for HR technology platforms, ensuring system performance, data integrity, and user support.
- Manage system upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, configuration changes, and vendor issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain standard, ad hoc, and analytical reports to support business decision-making and reporting consistency.
- Conduct data audits, monitor data quality, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Partner with HR, business stakeholders, and external vendors to optimize workflows, improve user experience, and support ongoing system adoption.
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and end-user support resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of HR systems administration experience, preferably within complex, multi-entity environments.
- Experience supporting HR technology implementations, upgrades, migrations, or ERP/HCM systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, reporting, analytics, and data management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
