In the UK, businesses are under more scrutiny than ever. Purpose-led initiatives at work aren’t just a “nice to have” anymore – they’re a hygiene factor.

As we progress further into a post-pandemic world, businesses and their HR functions have had to take a closer look at what they can offer professionals – particularly of the younger generation. What do employees really want from their employer, and what will it take to make them proud to work for them?
