People Operations Manager 12 Month Contract
We are delighted to partner with a global organisation to recruit a People Operations Manager on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis. Based in Leeds, this role is perfect for someone who loves blending hands-on delivery with team leadership and driving smarter, more efficient People Ops processes. You’ll shape and elevate People Operations by:
- Building and developing a high-performing People Operations team
- Delivering seamless HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
- Overseeing payroll accuracy, compliance, and partner relationships
- Owning HR systems and driving data quality
- Leading a 12‑month process improvement and automation programme
- Creating People dashboards, reporting insights, and KPIs
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment law, GDPR, and audit standards
- Providing trusted, solutions-focused support to HR, Finance, and agency leaders
You’ll Need
- Demonstrable People Operations/HR Services leadership experience
- Strong experience across employment lifecycle, HRIS systems, payroll liaison, and compliance
- A passion for process excellence, automation, and technology
- Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and accuracy
- Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in transformation
