The Role:
As the EMEA Benefits Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the firm’s benefits strategy across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting to the Head of Benefits, you will be responsible for optimising and administering benefits programs, ensuring alignment with regional regulations, and enhancing employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the benefits team with EMEA benefits plans, including pensions, healthcare, wellness initiatives, and broader employee rewards.

Act as the first point of contact for employees and key stakeholders regarding benefits queries, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Partner closely with HR, Payroll, and external vendors to streamline benefits administration and compliance.

Conduct market research and benchmarking to recommend innovative benefits solutions that enhance the firm’s employee value proposition.

Support with projects on benefits redesign, policy updates, and strategic initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and benefits legislation across EMEA.
