We’re seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead complex ER matters, manage organisational risk, and build manager capability across the business. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things employee relations, handling both individual and collective cases while driving best practice and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading complex disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and PIPs
- Managing collective consultations and organisational change activity
- Supporting tribunal and ACAS cases
- Coaching and developing manager capability
- Driving ER best practice, policy development and risk management
- Managing external legal counsel where required
- Using data and insights to reduce ER issues and improve outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Strong Employee Relations experience in a specialist or senior HR role
- Expert knowledge of UK employment law
- Proven experience handling complex ER cases end-to-end
- Confidence influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting organisational change and consultation processes
- Employment law background desirable
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred
