Executive Compensation Consultant – REMOTE
Overview
A leading advisory firm in the total rewards space is seeking a Consultant to join its Executive Compensation practice. This role is ideal for professionals with 3-6 years of experience who want to deepen their expertise in compensation strategy, governance, and benchmarking while working in a collaborative, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, analysis, and delivery of executive and broad‑based compensation programs for public and private companies.
- Conduct market benchmarking, pay‑for‑performance analyses, peer group evaluations, and competitive assessments.
- Build and interpret financial models evaluating equity programs, incentive plan outcomes, dilution, and pay mix scenarios.
- Draft client-ready reports, presentations, and materials for Compensation Committees and senior executives.
- Assist in preparing materials related to annual proxy disclosures, CD&As, and governance best practices.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop recommendations related to pay levels, incentive structures, and governance frameworks.
- Manage workstreams independently, ensuring high-quality deliverables and data accuracy.
- Stay informed on evolving compensation regulations, market trends, and governance expectations.
