HCM Analyst – Workday
Frazer Jones is seeking a talented HCM Analyst to support our client’s Human Capital Management (HCM) department, focusing on HCM applications and Workday modules. This role works within a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, partnering with Human Resources, Information Technology and other business teams to drive enhancements, support core HCM programs and optimize employee lifecycle processes.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a balance of ownership and collaboration, bringing strong analytical thinking, a willingness to support team priorities and a commitment to service excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with gathering and translating business process requirements from key stakeholders into scalable technical solutions
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project plans supporting the timely execution of strategic initiatives.
- Support the execution of core HCM programs, including Performance Management, Open Enrollment, and other HR initiatives.
- Review, test, and support the deployment of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain user documentation and training materials.
- Support training efforts for system users and new team members.
- Support compliance reporting and data governance activities.
- Perform audit reporting to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and leverage AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
- Provide support for day-to-day HCM operations and ad hoc projects.

Schedule: On site, Friday’s typically remote
Compensation: $80-$100K + Discretionary Bonus, Competative Full Benefits
