Role: HR Business Partner

Location: Irving, TX

In Office Schedule: 5 days on site

Compensation range: $150-165k base salary plus bonus

Our client is successful and growing investment firm located in the Irving area. They’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team and cover two business units.

You will be reporting into the SVP, HR and functioning as a true partner in the team. They’re looking for someone to be the point person for the businesses, build strong relationships with the Partners, and work strategically to support the team.

As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment and managing agency relationships.
  • Performance management.
  • Onboarding and offboarding.
  • Succession and business resilience planning.
  • Managing the year-end process including managing performance reviews and working with the team to plan for the coming year.
  • Compensation and benefits benchmarking.
  • Handling employee relations issues.
  • Assisting with culture initiatives including DEI, learning and development. and events.

Key requirements:

  • 7-10 years’ experience in HR.
  • Experience working within a rigorous financial services institution.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment with a white glove service mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working within a global business with offices in different regions would be beneficial.
