We are pleased to partner with a purpose‑led UK organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner on an initial fixed‑term contract. This is a high‑impact role working directly with senior leaders to shape people strategy, drive organisational change and strengthen culture during a period of transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Executive and senior leaders, providing trusted, strategic HR advice
- Translate business priorities into people strategies that support transformation
- Lead on organisational design, workforce planning, change programmes and complex ER matters
- Deliver initiatives across talent, resourcing, reward, performance, engagement and culture
- Maintain strong employment law knowledge and contribute to modern, inclusive policy development
- Support leaders in building capability, enabling high performance and creating a positive, inclusive environment
What We’re Looking For
You will be a credible and confident HR partner with experience gained in a fast‑paced, curiosity‑driven organisation. You bring:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence senior leaders and deliver both strategically and operationally
- Practical organisational design and change experience
- Ability to prioritise effectively and maintain momentum
- A customer‑focused, insight‑led approach to developing people solutions that add value
