HRIS Analyst – Workday | 12 Month FTC
We’re partnering with a fantastic organisation to recruit an experienced HRIS Analyst to join a highly collaborative and supportive HRIS team for a 12-month maternity cover.
This is a hands-on Workday role, taking technical ownership across multiple areas of the platform and working closely with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions that improve usability, efficiency and employee experience.
The role
- Own the configuration, maintenance and ongoing optimisation of key Workday modules.
- Lead configuration across projects from requirements gathering and analysis through to testing and implementation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, functionality and end-user adoption.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and solve system challenges.
- Provide Workday expertise, guidance and best-practice support across the wider HR team.
About you
- Strong Workday experience is essential, including hands-on configuration and reporting.
- Advance excel skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strong team player, who is highly collaborative and comfortable working together towards objectives.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Workday professional looking to join a friendly, supportive and collaborative team, with flexibility to be based from either Gloucestershire or South Wales for two days per week with the rest worked remotely.
